Account Deletion

This page explains how users of CompanionAI, a Ronai Labs mobile application, can delete their account and associated app data.

If you can access the app, the fastest way to delete your account is from the in-app Settings screen.

1. Overview

Ronai Labs provides account deletion options for users who sign in to CompanionAI. Account deletion permanently removes the account and associated app data linked to that account, subject to limited retention where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

2. Delete your account in the app

To delete your account directly in the CompanionAI app:

  1. Open the CompanionAI app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message carefully.
  5. Confirm deletion to permanently delete your account and associated app data.

This action cannot be undone. After deletion, you may need to create a new account if you want to use account-based features again.

3. Request account deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Enter your account email. This button opens Gmail with a pre-filled deletion request.

Please send the request from the same email address associated with your CompanionAI account, or include enough information for us to verify account ownership.

4. Data deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, Ronai Labs deletes account-related data associated with your account, including:

  • your app account;
  • profile and account information;
  • app preferences and personalization data linked to your account;
  • associated app data stored for account usage.

5. Data that may be retained

Some limited information may be retained temporarily where required or permitted for:

  • security and fraud prevention;
  • billing, tax, accounting, or subscription records;
  • legal compliance;
  • backup systems that are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of operations;
  • aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify a user.

6. Processing time

In-app account deletion is designed to be processed immediately after confirmation. Email-based deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after account ownership is verified.
