Child Safety Standards

This page describes the child safety standards for Lunara AI: Chat & Roleplay, a Ronaillabs application.

Ronaillabs prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in its products and services.

1. Overview

Ronaillabs is committed to maintaining a safe experience and taking appropriate action against content or behavior involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or other conduct that endangers children.

2. Published safety standards

Users may not create, request, upload, share, promote, distribute, or encourage any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • sexualization of minors;
  • grooming or attempts to establish sexual contact with a minor;
  • sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors;
  • trafficking, solicitation, or facilitation of child sexual exploitation;
  • any attempt to evade moderation, reporting, or safety enforcement related to child safety.

3. Reporting child safety concerns

Users can report child safety concerns through the support or reporting options available in the app. Reports can also be sent to Ronaillabs by email at [email protected].

Reports should include enough information for Ronaillabs to review the concern, such as the account involved, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or timestamps where appropriate.

4. Action on CSAM and CSAE

When Ronaillabs becomes aware of CSAM or CSAE-related content or behavior, Ronaillabs may take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, and escalating reports to the appropriate authorities or child safety organizations when required by law.

5. Legal compliance

Ronaillabs works to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM or child exploitation reports may be referred to relevant regional authorities, law enforcement, or child safety reporting organizations as required or permitted by applicable law.
